1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. olive oil
2 T. flour
1/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 medium potato

Steak is very good on the grill, but sometimes it is all about time, and I promise you will love the flavor and the tenderness of Slow Cooker T-Bone Steak!

  1. Mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a skillet.
  2. Flour the T-bone and brown both side of the T-Bone in the skillet.
  3. Put the potato into the slow cooker and place the steak and seasonings on top of the potatoes.

I have a large roaster oven with a slow cook setting. It is large enough to comfortable fit a layer of potatoes and 2–3 T-bones. SHould I double or triple all of the measurements or should this onle by done one at a time?

I noticed there isn’t any call for Beef Broth or water to be added? Is this an oversight? I can’t image cooking something for 8 hours without any liquid of any kind?
