Slow Cooker Paleo BBQ Ribs

    6-8 hours

    4-6

Ingredients

2 full racks Country-Style Ribs
2 T. Coconut Oil
1 Onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
10 oz. beef broth
8 oz. Organic Ketchup
1 T. mustard
2 T. Chili powder
1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
Dash coconut palm sugar



The rich homemade sauce simply makes these ribs amazing! Get ready for requests to make more!

  1. In a sauce pan, heat coconut oil. Add diced onion and cook until soft. Add minced garlic cloves. Then add broth, ketchup, then rest of spices and ingredients. Simmer 10 min.
  2. Place pork ribs in crock, fat side up, bone side down. Pour sauce over ribs. If you are using grocery-bought sauce instead, use about 1 cup.
  3. Cover and crock on LOW 6 -8 hours.

Note:  Ribs are done when they start to fall from the bone.
