Ingredients2 lbs. Grass-Fed Ground Beef
1 onion, minced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 c. Organic Ketchup
½ c. water
2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 T. Honey
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. Stone Ground Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

- Cook ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat until just no longer pink; drain beef.
- Add drained beef to crock.
- Next add in all other ingredients to crock and give it all a good stir.
- Cover. Crock on Low 2–3 hours. Serve with organic whole wheat buns or in lettuce wraps.
