Ingredients1–2 lb. Round Steak
10 3/4 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup
.87 oz. brown gravy packet
2 T. Minced Onion, dried
1/4 c. water
4 oz. mushrooms
Salt and Pepper to taste
You’ll love this recipe for Slow Cooker Creamy Mushroom Round Steak! So simple to make, but oh so delicious to serve. YUM!
- Spray and 5–6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or coat with butter.
- Place the round steak on the bottom of the slow cooker
- Combine the soup, brown gravy, onion, water and mushrooms in a bowl and top the steak.
- Cover and Cook on Low for 7–9 hours, or on High for 3.5–5 hours.
Optional: Instead of minced onion, you can slice onion and place on top of the gravy mix.
