Slow Cooker London Broil

  • Cooking Time:

    8–10 hours
  • Servings:



3 1/2 lb. lon­don broil (beef)
1 onion
1 green pep­per
28 ozs stewed toma­toes
1/8 cup red wine (option­al)


  1. Place Lon­don Broil in slow cook­er.
  2. Slice onions and pep­pers into rings and place on top of Lon­don Broil.
  3. Top all with stewed toma­toes.
  4. Pour wine over toma­toes (if using).
  5. Cov­er. Cook on Low for 8–10 hours.

Hi, Jenn. I have a Lon­don Broil to crock, and have been look­ing at your two recipes. Can you con­firm the sodi­um per serv­ing on your two recipes? This one says 93% and the one from “Todd M.” says 55%, but this seems odd to me because the one from Todd M. includes two cans of soup, which I would think would have a high­er sodi­um con­tent than this one that only uses stewed toma­toes and wine. Thanks!
