I love fixing corn on the cob this way — prepare ahead of time — then leave it alone!

Would it hurt to put a bit of butter in the foil before it’s wrapped? I love butter flavor on my corn. And just like that last post… I LOVE this page. So many ideas. I love using my crock.

,
I also freeze my fresh corn in the shuck, then put directly into the microwave in the shuck, and it comes out delicious. Shucks just slide off after cutting off both ends. I’ll bet you could do the same in the slow cooker, in the shuck. Think I’ll try it , for a big bunch of corn.!!

Jenn, one of my fav ways to make corn on the cob is to wrap in foil with some butter & dry ranch dressing mix in the oven or on the grill. Was trying to figure out best way to handle different cooking temps/times when your corn recipe came across my FB page…would never have thought of crocking.…you are now my new best friend!!!
