Ingredients

2 lb. Bone­less, Skin­less Chick­en Breasts
1 Bot­tle of Beer
6 Small Red Pota­toes
1 tsp. Gar­lic Pow­der
1 T. Oregano
Salt & Pep­per, to taste

Love this Slow Cook­er Beer Chick­en — I add pota­toes but you can add any root veg­etable to this deli­cious recipe!

  1. Place all ingre­di­ents in a 5-Quart slow cook­er.
  2. Cov­er. Cook on Low for 6–8 hour or High for 4–5 hours.

NOTE: Change out the spices and herbs with spices of your choice.

Option­al: Can shred and add your favorite BBQ Sauce to make sand­wich­es too (Drain off liq­uid when adding BBQ Sauce)!
