One of our family favorites is Stew Meat. Place 1 Lb. or more, (depends on your family size.) in a greased crock pot. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of Cream of Celery Soup. Rinse cans with a little water. Stir to mix, and put the lid on. Do not add salt or seasonings. This will make it’s own gravy. If it’s getting a little thick towards the end, add a little milk or water. Cooks on high for 3–4 hrs., or until meat is tender. Serve over baked potatoes, rice, noodles, or bread. Delish.

This looks delish! Do I see onion and drumsticks in the photo though? Can those be added?

I heard this recipe was delicious but I thought cheese was not Paleo? What can I add instead of Parmesan?
