Ingredients4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1/2 c. Orange Juice Juice of One Lime 1 T. Chili Powder 1 tsp. Ground Cumin 4 oz. Mild Green Chilis 1 T. Minced Garlic 2 oz. Tequila
I love Slow Cooker Tequila Lime Chicken! It has a unique blend of flavors and is super yummy served with a fluffy Spanish rice. Not a tequila drinker? Buy a mini bottle (like the size they serve on airplanes) instead of splurging for a whole bottle of tequila.
- Place chicken in a 4-Quart Slow Cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and place over top chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 Hours.
NOTE: To make this a FREEZER Meal, simply place all ingredients in a large plastic bag, seal well and freeze until ready to use! Dump ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 Hours.
