Slow Cooker Tequila Lime Chicken

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 c. Orange Juice
Juice of One Lime
1 T. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
4 oz. Mild Green Chilis
1 T. Minced Garlic
2 oz. Tequila

I love Slow Cook­er Tequi­la Lime Chick­en! It has a unique blend of fla­vors and is super yum­my served with a fluffy Span­ish rice. Not a tequi­la drinker? Buy a mini bot­tle (like the size they serve on air­planes) instead of splurg­ing for a whole bot­tle of tequi­la.

  1. Place chick­en in a 4-Quart Slow Cook­er.
  2. Com­bine remain­ing ingre­di­ents in a small bowl and place over top chick­en.
  3. Cov­er and cook on LOW for 7–8 Hours.

NOTE: To make this a FREEZER Meal, sim­ply place all ingre­di­ents in a large plas­tic bag, seal well and freeze until ready to use! Dump ingre­di­ents in the slow cook­er and cook on LOW for 8 Hours.
