**Slow Cooker Tapioca

Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

  • Cooking Time:

    6 hours on Low or 3 hours on High
  • Servings:

    8

Ingredients

4 c. milk (any variety)
2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. small pearl tapioca (not instant)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, lightly beaten

This Gluten-Free dessert is sure to con­jure up warm child­hood mem­o­ries.  Slow Cook­er Tapi­o­ca Pud­ding is a deli­cious and sim­ple com­fort food.

  1. Beat eggs then add to the milk, sug­ar, vanil­la, and tapi­o­ca.
  2. Cov­er and crock on HIGH 3 hours, or on LOW for 6 hours.
  3. Make sure to stir often while cook­ing.

Serve warm and sprin­kle with cin­na­mon, if desired.

For the crock pot Tapi­o­ca there is salt in Direc­tion but not ingre­di­ents. Please advise.

The Tapi­o­ca is it the mea­sure­ment using the pre soaked tapi­o­ca, or is it raw straight from the bag.
